This device is equivalent of the fan with water container which claims it can reduce the temperature. This is not humidifier, there is no steam at all, it sprays water mist and it’s noisy as well. The question is not adjustable and there’s no low or high setting, I also received Kaz 4100 instead of the 4100K as the before reviewer stated. This device is promoting mildew and mold to my bedroom, a certain reason to be sent back.

if I keep adding water after a week the water becomes muddy. I have no thought what is the black stuff perched in the water and it grows on the inside the the container. it is really yucky. I have to clean it every week. I don’t know if it filters air as advertized. It is noisy and it did not give mist. but if your air is really dry that you can feel the dryness, it does help

“Silent Surgical procedure” is a blatant lie unless the manufacturers mean silent compared to say, a fleet of jets taking off aptly over your head. The noise was intolerable before I even attempted sleeping, this humidifier is getting returned initially thing in the morning.

It stated in the description that it has one but it does not. Make sure you want to plug/unplug it every time you want it on or off. Otherwise, it is clad for the price.

I bought two of these humidifiers and for the price, they work quite well. Mine ‘n my daughter’s bedrooms are large but the Kaz Shape Mist is doing a pretty excellent job. We do not wake up all stuffed up ‘n dry like we used to. The unit does make noise but it’s not extremely loud and we are able to fall asleep undisturbed by this slight noise. If you’re looking for an low-priced humidifier, I’d recommend it.
