It is not a must for your massager. The pads that come with your massager are more than adequate. HOWEVER, this sheepskin cover would be very luxurious say, for a couple giving each other a massage just after their shower on their bare skin, or to use on that special self in your life while they sit in a chair with their head resting on a table. Not a must, but very nice for special occasions and your special friends.
