This book is fantastic if you have a medical social class, but for the ordinary self, it was way above my comprehension. Thank goodness for pictures.

Simple to read, gives back ground info (on development of tape) on how to use the tape and why. Also shows different ways to use the tape depending on the injury, or symptoms.
