I also am vastly disappointed in this product. The scanner sometimes lights when you open it and sometimes it does not light up at all. The light itself is barely visible. Who knows if it is working???? I had it in my purse and it fell apart! Would not recommend.

I bought two of these — one for me and one for a friend. Mine is for the office; there always seem to be someone with a cold around. My friend used his in his vehicle. We’re both hoping for less colds (or none!) this winter.

This the 3rd review Ive been questioned to give about this product. It has not changed since the initially review. I am vastly disappointed in this product. I did receive it in a timely style but the product came with no instructions. The scanner sometimes lights when you open it and sometimes it does not light when you open it. The light itself is bearly visible. Im not sure if its not working properly or not. I did email the company asking for clarification but I have never received a answer. I would not recommend this product.
