Fantastic product and quick shipment by seller. I bought this mostly for the colorless noise for our daughter’s room and I like the vacuumable filter. She’s used to the noise of the larger Honeywell model, but with this one on the highest mode it’s fantastic. I’m purchasing another one for our baby’s room.

This is not so much about a product but the company Allergy Be Gone. We ordered a filter for our humidifier from Amazon and it was really from Allergy Be Gone in Edison, NJ. They shipped us two filters that were not what we ordered. They would not even fit our humidifier. When we called they said “oh, yeah, we were out of the filter you ordered so we sent these instead.” My filter is round, they sent me square ones. We returned the filters and still 25 days later have not received a refund. Consumer service is crappy at best. Sorry way to run a company and i don’t expect they will be around much longer.

After a 3 weeks relation with this unit, this is the result: you get what you pay.
Get a real one. Permanent filter will cost you +$40, if your room doesn’t fill the fine print that says it’s “permanent”.
Noisy, after 1 week you hear the ionizer making cracking noises and causing the night light to turn off itself.
Save some headaches and get and Oreck.
Very disappointing.
