After using this machine 3 times, the material got wrapped around the
rotating balls and stopped working. I had to return it for a refund but
it did feel fantastic while it worked.

At initially it was fantastic, but after a few months, it lost it’s shape. Also, for a petite self, it wasn’t excellent for shoulder massage. But, for lower back okay.

after a week it started to make a noise and now it feels it doesnt have the power like it initially did. maybe i place too much difficulty on it. not sure, but it does work well. i do recommend it.

Fantastic small pad! Works very well! Glad I bought it! So portable and convenient! Feels excellent on the neck, or the shoulders, or the mid back or lower back!
