I use this brace when I am gardening, vacuuming, or when I feel I need to have extra support to protect my back.
I haven’t had to use the hot/cold pack yet but just in case, I keep it in the freezer.
This wrap has two sets of straps to reliable it around my waist so it doesn’t slip. I reckon it is one of the best braces I have bought.

This wrap is fabulous. I have chronic back pain and have gotten relief using this wrap. Not only does it support my back, but it elminates the pain while I am wearing it and for a time afterwards. I wear it about every other day with exceptional consequences. I work in a library and recently had to go over 800 books to a new location. Wore my wrap and never had a bit of vex. Well worth the investment!

Product very well constructed. Have other belts without magnets. Still unsure as to the effect of magnets?!?! But the cold pack works fantastic

I have used this product for 4 years. The initially one I bought finally wore out last month. If you suffer from stiffness in your lower back, this wrap will help.

There is a flaw in the design that puts stitching on the inside which is abrasive to the skin. I tried 2 different wraps and they both had the same flaw. Have had to place a piece of felt over it when I need to wear it for back pain.
