   I questioned myself the question when I saw this on QVC – how is that going to work on your back when it’s shaped like a C (a shallow curved C)…whose back is shaped like that? …well, I was aptly – it doesn’t work. It doesn’t hit your back aptly – it doesn’t work on your shoulders – it’s just no excellent. It doesn’t even get warm when you turn on the heat. Don’t buy this – buy something else, but not this. Unless you want to massage the back of your thighs – it should be fantastic for that. bleh…

   This cushion massage works very well and gives a deep massage – depending on how you lean back on it. I have tried light difficulty and full difficulty and both are excellent. I have used it up and down my back and it really helps with tight muscles. I would like more heat though. I am glad it is portable so I can take it with me when I am visiting. Overall, this is a excellent buy!

   I didn’t have much time to try this product when i got it at home so I chose to bring it at work.I’m in the healthcare industry and performs some lifting nearly everyday.So when i got my break,I plugged the product aptly away to try it and…PRESTO!…this is fantastic!plus the amount of heat coming from the rotating balls (2) is just enough to give you that nice feeling. Since then ,whenever I feel that stiffness at my lowerback, i use it!In fact ,I”m using it aptly now as i make this review!Wonderful!

   I bought it for my husband, who has chronic lumbar pain and he likes it. In fact so did my mom, my brother and myself. It was a huge hit for everyone that had to travel for Christmas. We felt really relaxed after using it to work out our travel cramps.

   I bought this for my wife for Christmas. It works excellent enough. Doesn’t work on your neck so well and needs to be laid on to get best consequences. Didn’t live up to the hype of the before model (now discontinued) but in the end it is pretty much what you can expect. A solid, not very intense, shiatsu massager, that saves my hands the soreness of constantly giving massages .
