I found this product very simple to use and helpful. I place bath sea-salts in the SOf SITZ and then fill the SOF SITZ with warm to hot water. I soak in it one or two times a day and find that it helps me with some unexplained pain that I have been experiencing. The ease of use is fantastic. The SOF SITZ fits fine on my toilet seat. I believe that it would accommodate most ordinary size toilet seats, although my toilet seat is smaller than some. It may not fit a larger than ordinary size toilet seat. The instructions for writing a review say “make this review fun”, and they place forward a video review. Somehow, I skepticism that anyone would want to see a video review of my using of this product LOL. In all reality, I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for something of this nature. I surely have gotten my monies worth from it, as I said before, I use it one or two times daily.
