As a part-time photographer/videographer with cold that turn into a cough, just days before a 3 night high school acting video shoot, I didn’t know what to do.

These work fantastic for that congestion you just can’t clear out of your throat. They are SOOOO expensive but I guess that’s why they work.

I’ve used Hold for many years to help me sleep when I have a terrible cough. As long as you follow directions, it works as advertised. I read while the initially Hold slowly melts in my throat. I then insert the second Hold and go to sleep. The second Hold coats the throat and stops the cough. Just be certain you don’t drink any liquid during the night or you’ll remove the coating and start coughing again.
