We have been trying different lubricates. You would be bowled over how different each one is. Gun Oil is one of the best that we have tried. Very VERY slippery and lasts quite a while. God, don’t get any on the side of the pot. You’ll never be able to pick it up again. HA HA. Amusing tale that i won’t share here, but, DON’T GET IT ON THE SIDE OF THE BOTTLE.
