must mix with water & juice, a small more than 8oz. some people complained that it bound them up. it’s right . . . when you are over eating as well. then i started to stick to a balanced diet (mediteranean food pyramid)and had no problem – and yes i followed the diet w/ and w/o the detox fiber, it made a difference
