I found this band a bit cumbersome to place on and adjust working with the 2 velcro straps. Once on and adjusted to a snug fit, I felt no support or relief in my lower back. I did buy according to my waist size so I am not sure if it is just poor product design or something I did incorrect. I have had excellent luck with other Futuro products for the knees and wrist but unfortuntately, this product did not work for me and I returned it.

I have always had a back problem, so as many millions Americans. This belt does what it is held to do, especially that you tight it as hard or as soft as you want.

I have back and disc tribulations (L5) and was looking for a back support belt for skiing, working and other activities. I found this belt to be lacking somewhat. It is made of fabric and elastic with 2 velcro sraps. When working hard this belt has too much give to it. Compared to a 4″ leather belt for weight training, the leather belt provides surpass back support. This belt does provide the compression and some back help but I would rate it as “light duty”.
