The full back carriage support/upper back support is designed to support the back and shoulders. There are two foam lined straps that go over the shoulder and under the arm. The straps then crisscross across the lower back and wrap around the abdomen with an adjustable Velcro closure in the front. By tightening the Velcro in the front it chains the shoulders by pulling them back and up. As the shoulders go back the chest comes forward and the back and spine be converted into straighter. The back panel is made with a durable military grade canvas duct material and there are three support stays sewn into the material so the support will maintain its shape and positioning. By using the full back design it also helps to relieve difficulty on the tissue under the arms by having the straps wrap around the body at a lower spot. I’m not sure if the product is excellent or not for one simple reason, I could not try it because it did not fit. some people say if your size is large order medium, because their sizes are usually one notch larger. I did order 2 items and both were medium, and guess what both did not fit and in fact (the 2 medium items where DIFFERENT SIZES )so it seems to me that you have to rely on your luck to get the size you need
I tried to contact the company and they never responded and I don’t reckon they will.

The product didn’t come close to fitting. When I told the Seller he said that he was having a terrible time getting these to fit aptly. End of discussion and no refund. I had to throw it in the trash.

This carriage aid does what it says. It is well made in the USA and the price is fantastic. I am pleased with it’s gathering and comfort. I would recommend it. Make sure you check the measuring instructions to find your size.

I read all the reviews before ordering the full back carriage support. I ordered a size Medium based upon the recommendations of other buyers. When the item arrived, the straps were too small to fasten properly with the Velcro.
Rather than attempting to return it, I ordered a second one, this time a size Large. When that item arrived, I found the straps were too long to fasten with the Velcro.
I contacted the seller and clarified the above. Fortunately the seller allowed me to return both items for a refund of the selling price (but not the shipping and handling charges.)
