The full back carriage support/upper back support is designed to support the back and shoulders.There are two foam lined straps that go over the shoulder and under the arm. The straps then crisscross across the lower back and wrap around the abdomen with an adjustable Velcro closure in the front. By tightening the Velcro in the front it chains the shoulders by pulling them back and up. As the shoulders go back the chest comes forward and the back and spine be converted into straighter. The back panel is made with a durable military grade canvas duct material and there are three support stays sewn into the material so the support will maintain its shape and positioning. By using the full back design it also helps to relieve difficulty on the tissue under the arms by having the straps wrap around the body at a lower spot. I’m not sure if the product is excellent or not for one simple reason, I could not try it because it did not fit. some people say if your size is large order medium, because their sizes are usually one notch larger. I did order 2 items and both were medium, and guess what both did not fit and in fact (the 2 medium items where DIFFERENT SIZES )so it seems to me that you have to rely on your luck to get the size you need

This carriage aid does what it says. It is well made in the USA and the price is fantastic. I am pleased with it’s gathering and comfort. I would recommend it. Make sure you check the measuring instructions to find your size.

Fits well, strappse could be a ittle wider. But works well to hold the shoulders back. As i have a pinched nerve between the shoulder blades.

The thought behind this design is ok, but it either isn’t either made correctly or my body is oddly shaped. Here’s the problem. In order to tighten the brace for it to be any excellent, I have to tighten down on the two velcro straps that wrap around your front (like a belt that goes around your mid-section). But when I get the belt tight enough to make the brace feel like it is doing anything, the belt bites into my stomach painfully. They use 1″ wide velco for the belt, and I reckon they should have gone with something wider. A wider belt would let you tighten it up without it cutting into your midsection so much. Even with a wider belt, I still don’t know if this would work for me. I have to crank the belt down so much that it affects my breathing. But, in fairness, it might be my body shape, as my shoulders are disproportionately wide for my body size.
