I haven’t used this product long enough to give an accurate review. What I can say about this order is that I received it surrounded by 4 – 5 days of ordering it, and that I have really only been using it for about two weeks. I do look forward to excellent consequences, and intend to use it faithfully for at least the 45 plus days the directions say that it takes this product to work effectively.

This is a exceptional product, but it is only to be sold from a physician’s office. If you are purchasing this product from somewhere but a physician’s office, you are taking a chance that this is a fake product. I am a physician and have an agreement with the company to sell this product from my office only.

It took about 4 weeks, but in that time a long permanent huge toe fungus really disappeared. The nail is no longer thick, and is growing properly. I keep purchasing it from Amazon for myself and friends as well.

AS the others have said, it does take time — months — and depending on how long you have had your fungus, you may need to use this daily for years. My nails have improved dramatically with this product. I bought it initially at my podiatrist’s office, but have since gotten it for friends at Amazon. Be sure to file down your nail bed once every few weeks to make it more porous — then use in morning and evening. I would not use nail polish while using this product — it would interfere with the effectiveness.
