Children 2 to 11 years: Use Fleet Enema for children. Children under 2 years: DO NOT USE. Left side position: Lie on left side with knee bent and arms resting comfortably. Knee-chest position: Kneel, then lower head and chest forward until left side of face is resting on surface with left arm folded comfortably. REMOVE ORANGE PROTECTIVE SHIELD FROM ENEMA COMFORTIP BEFORE INSERTING. With steady difficulty, gently insert enema tip into rectum with a slight side-to-side movement, with tip pointing toward navel. Insertion may be simpler if self receiving enema bears down, as if having a bowel movement. This helps relax the muscles around the anus. Do not force the enema tip into rectum as this can cause injury. Squeeze pot until nearly all liquid is gone. It is not necessary to empty the pot completely as it contains more liquid than needed. Remove Comfortip from rectum and maintain position until urge to evacuate is strong (usually 2 to 5 minutes).CAUTION:Using more than one enema in 24 hours can be detrimental.

It’s no secret; this is a portable enema. You know where you have to stick it. LOL x 2 It works pretty quick; between two and ten minutes. A self should be very careful that they don’t be converted into reliant on laxatives. Yet, there are times when you’ve had a lethal combination of cheese, peanut butter, bananas, and dry cereal. You have made adobe in your colon and you want it out, now! One Fleet should do it. You can use it solo, but it helps if you have a companion or helper, or very long arms. It’s always a excellent thought to place a small petroleum jelly in the “doorway” so the nozzle doesn’t encounter some uncomfortable friction. (And Amazon wants video review??? Never!)
