Found these at a local store once…then couldn’t find them somewhere! These things really work and they don’t leave a nasty taste in your mouth when you’re through.

These do not have the same menthol taste as the original Fisherman’s Friends. I’d say they are about half as menthol-y as the originals. These are more like half cough drop and half breath mint. They taste a lot surpass than the originals. If only they were the full strength too. They don’t eliminate the cough tingle; as soon as you end one, you need another one. Suggestion: improve cough elimination properties of the mint flavored Fisherman’s Friends.

Every one in the family got a flu and coughed over a week. I finally had to get up in the middle of a night because my daughter couldn’t stop coughing. Even though I did not get Fisherman’s Friends the next day, but I went to a drug store to fill the gap. And my daughter had two tablets that day and really stopped coughing that night. I am glad that Amazon is carrying this product because you can get it in less retails now than years before.
