I didn’t notice a difference. Just finished up using a Glade Plug-In. Cheaper, less cumbersome and doesn’t make a fan noise.

I was a small skeptical because I’ve tried just about all to get the cat smell out of our house and nothing has worked. This small fan is incredible! I’m sure in a manifold-cat household the filters won’t last as long as they otherwise would, but the smell is effectively gone. We have 2 litterboxes in a small laundry room, and the room now smells just like any other room in the house, not like a cess pool.

I bought this for the bathroom in my office, which does not have an exhaust fan, hoping that it would help with typical bathroom odors. It makes small if any difference. It might work on kitchen or trash odors, but I would not recommend it for bathrooms.

I bought 3 of these Febreze machines and got a 4th free. They are wonderful. I have 4 dogs and I smoke; odors are gone with these twisted on around the house.
I have them on all day and turn them off at night. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
By the way– shop around for the charcoal filter replacements: I got them for nearly half of Amazon’s price somewhere else.

I bought this to plug in by my chinchilla cage and sure enough surrounded by an hour all odors from the cage were gone. I would certainly recommend this product for any pet title-holder.
