The Edv-2200 is the most recient addition to the Eva-dry line. After researching all the mini humidifiers online, this humidifier had the most favorable reviews on several websites. I ordered it hoping that it would help decrease the damp in my apartment. I was so excited when I ordered it. But, when I really got the product and plugged it in, the product stopped working after 2 minutes. I twisted it off and back on again as well as left it plugged in the wall outlet thinking it would twisted back on in a couple of minutes but it never did. Save your money on this product and buy something else.

I was under the impression that this was silent enough to place in a bedroom. I find the high pitched fan noise to be extremely annoying even when placed in the most remote confront of my attached bathroom.
This dehumidifier is too small to do my entire house and too noisy to place in the room with me. Consequently, it has no use at all.
I’m more sensitive to noise than some people. Someone might reckon this is a excellent product, but sensitive people are going to be disappointed.

I bought this in October for a bathroom damp problem. It did exactly what I wanted it to do for two months. In December it quit working. The power light is on and the fan runs but it does not extract any water. This is a waste of money.

We have a finished basement that gets very moist in a number of places. We bought two of these and it has taken care of the problem. Small and simple to use.

got this and it runs but doesnt collect very much at all. we have it in a small room-10×14, been there a week, nearly no water and TONS of dripping windows on all sides, so don’t get it for anything this size. we’ll use it in a closet i guess
