ordered my air purifier through amazon through BEACH CAMERA… boxed product did not come with the right number of carbon air filters and was told by beach camera to contact electrolux frankly and was given the incorrect number to call. after 15 mins of being transferred to several different lines and place on hold, i was told to contact beach camera and amazon again… what a waste of time!

I had high hopes for this product. It looks fantastic in the photos and has fantastic reviews. Unfortunately, I’ve found the construction of the air purifier to be pretty low-cost. The fake is really thin and it looks like it would break easily if knocked over. The back cover on the remote control doesn’t even stay shut.
The air quality in my room has improved somewhat. I’ve noticed that the space is less dusty than before, but i’m not floored by any means.
After only 2 months of moderate usage, the fan now makes squeeking noises. I am genuinely disappointed with this buy and will attempt to contact Electrolux or Amazon to figure out a resolution.

Very excellent unit and expenditure barely over $100.00 if you shop wisely. Excillent and have no tribulations with it but one. The night dimming is still too bright so I hang a small piece of paper over the front and all is well.

I bought this unit after reading the reviews, especially the amount of energy it used. It has really made a difference in my breathing quality. We heat with wood, have two dogs and a cat and I have environmental allergies.
Needless to say, I was always stuffed up, sneezing, etc. This unit does an incredible job of clearing smoke, dust and odors from a room. It is very silent when in the involuntary mode. It’s light weight and looks excellent in the room. I have no regrets about my buy – I like it!
