How to use the Simple Pull Sock Aid: Hold sock help in lap and slide sock over the sock help as shown, so the toe of the sock is as close to the edge as possible. For one handed use, roll up the sock aid and hold it between the knees. Slide the sock over the end of the aid. Hold onto the handle(s) and drop it to the floor. For one handed use, tie the loop handles together to form one large loop to hold on to. Position your foot so your toes and as much of your foot as possible is inside the sock as shown, and pull the sock help up in the air so the help guides the sock onto your foot to your ankle.
