I bought these due to leg surgery and post-surgical pneumonia which has rendered me mostly confined to bed for the last 7 weeks. They are simple to use and clearly marked to monitor output. Like many others here I wish the lids were a bit more snug. Then again, how much are you going to trust ANY lid considering the contents and the makings for a yucky cleanup if they leak

Get this one. It’s a few more dollars but worth it. The low-cost ones collapse under difficulty and stuff spills. These also stand on end. Get two and keep one soaked in bleach. My husband likes his. Amusing what the small pleasures in life are.

This flimsy object might be ok for a bed-ridden ancient man with a nurse’s aide to hand it over and take it away, but the top is too leaky to make it acceptable for home use, or for carrying any distance. I filled it up with water at the sink and tipped it over sideways; water poured out around the cap. Buy one with a reliable top for home or any use other than helped sickbay/nursing home care.
