My husband needed hip replacement surgery and this pad has really helped him before and after surgery. The velcro strap keeps the pad in place while you are asleep.

This product did not help me at all. It was clumsy when I tried to turn over at night. I don’t use it at all!

This is a small small square of foam with a velcro strap to go around your leg. This is a huge joke. These type of products need to be tried on back surgery patients initially. If they work for them then they would work for all. Memory foam ones don’t work either. You need a sturdy foam contour one. It is hard trying to find one that works is expensive and hard to do. So I am off to find another one to try. LOL

The light-weight foam collapses from the weight of my top leg from 3.25″ to around an 1″ (i am 6′ 175) so that the space is no longer optimal. The velcro strap can accommodate a “knee” in up to a 26″ in circumference so when you adjust it for a normal knee there is lots of strap flapping about and very small velcro zipper overlap.
I’ve gone back to a pad.
