I ordered this product for my parents who are residing in helped living. It is well made and very excellent value for the price. It is a much surpass design than others that were recommended to me. It works well and the aides who work at the facility were very pleased with it also.

This works wonderfully.
It slides easily and the handle is very helpful.
Simple to store and go.
We do not use the strap/seat belt.
Only addition is that we need to place a waterproof pad behind Mom’s back as the seatback is hard fake and rough/uncomfortable on an elderly’s thin skin.
