I used this on my Honda VFR chain from when I bought it with 3k miles on it, until I sold it with 25k miles on it. I generally lubed the chain about once a week, and the chain required one minor adjustment in that time. I would say the chain was excellent for at least another 5k miles, so it yields around 30k miles of chain life.
I’ve gotten 30k miles out of a chain before, using involuntary chain oilers which apply engine oil to the chair at regular intervals. This Dupont lubricant gave me similar mileage without all the dripping mess and installation hassle of an involuntary oiler!
I also use this on my bicycle chains and as a general lubricant. I couldn’t be more pleased with it!

Excellent material for applications that need a residual coating, but can foul some items. For lighter and equally effective lubricant try DuPont Multi-Use Lubricant with Teflon Fluoropolymer

Initially time I have tried this spray and I absolutely like it. It stays on longer than WD-40 and seems to grease much surpass. I vastly recommend this as a general purpose lubricant spray.
