The wedge gives you soft support sitting up and lying in bed. It is also excellent for elevating the feet when they are swelled. I would have made it wider for sitting giving more room for a self with a larger shoulder span more wraparound support.

Comfortable, and helps keep me on it rather than sliding off like other wedge pillows. I still slid down somewhat during the night, but this pad was by far the best for me!

I bought this for help with acid reflux, and it works commendably well. It is very comfortable, although it takes a bit of experimenting to find the aptly position. It also works very well when twisted upside down as a back support for sitting upright.
But, I have developed a lower back problem since I started using this at night. The half-sitting position seems to be straining my back muscles. As a result, I can only give it a qualified sanction. It may cause more tribulations than its worth.
