I have had issues with constipation and have taken several different medications for relief, but nothing works like docusate calcium. Most medications cramp you or give you diarrhea. Not this! I take one or two capsules every day and I have no tribulations whatsoever. I sometimes take two and the next day I’ll just take one, then two the following day. So I alternate days. You’ll have to experiment and do whatever is best for you. This product is surpass for you than Colace, because Colace has sodium in it, which can raise your blood difficulty. All things considered, docusate calcium is a wonderful product for constipation. I am so glas it was recommended to me.
