this never worked for me. I have a pretty terrible case of lactose intolerance but refuse to give up dairy so I’m always looking for a product to make my life simpler. These didn’t work at all. Stick to the lactase pills at Costco = $15 for a box of like 200. Sure you have to take a pill or two with every dairy-laden meal but it works.

After using several different brands of lactase supplements I was hooked on these the initially time I bought them. A fantastic once a day solution.

This tablets has changed my life for the surpass. I have been taking it for two years and it works very well for me. I take one pill a day and do not have to worry about terrible effects from milk products. I was miserable before and none of the other so-called “lactose intolerance” medications worked. This one works and is convenient.
I do suspect that they have changed their ingredients in the newer boxed pills as it does not seem quite as effective. If you can find the blue box stick with that. The green box does not work as well.

For the initially couple of years that my grandson used this product it really worked well, but now it doesn’t seem to work if he drinks regular milk. But it does still work for ice cream and other lactose products that he eats.
