Digestive Advantage Constipation Capsules have helped me in my life-long battle with constipation. As a child, doctors said it was “normal” for someone to only have 1 bowel movement a week. But, I had 1 a month! As an adult, I now have a chronic illness requiring large amounts of narcotics to battle the pain, making my situation even more hard. This product works! I have been taking this product for over three years and have never had any ill effects on the contrary, it is a product that regulates digestion and benefits overall shape. I don’t take it exclusively for major constipation but to aid a sluggish metabolism so that I am nearly normal, usually. On the occasions I’m not which are predictable and rare, I use an additional aide which has be converted into infrequent. I strongly recommend this product to anyone wanting a healthy alternative to stimulant laxatives and a more regular bowel movement. I take only one a day.

I initially tried Digestive Advantage Irritable Bowel and loved it! But, when I ran out, I tried the constipation type. I’ve had difficulties with constipation due to dieting and tablets and have tried nearly all on the market and prescribed. Nothing worked! Not even an overdose of laxatives but, this product has made me regular. At least more regular than I have ever been. WOW, after trying just about all natural and unnatural, I’ve finally found something that works!

I used this product for 3 1/2 months before realizing that one of its ingredients, Konjac Glucomannan, was making me ill. Wasted many, many hours of my life and spent thousands of dollars on medical bills trying to determine what was causing the illness. Stopped taking the product and the symptoms disappeared.

“Glucomannan. Made from the root of Amorphophallus Konjac, glucomannan is said to contribute to weight loss by delaying the absorption of glucose from the intestines. Small limited studies have shown glucomannan to be effective in decreasing body weight. This effect is believed to be due to a “feeling of fullness” which may be due to the swelling of the glucomannan in the gut once it has been exposed to liquids. But, esophageal obstruction has been reported in several people taking glucomannan. Glucomannan and glucomannan-containing products have been banned in several countries due to the high incidence of gastrointestinal obstruction. Glucomannan should not be used by people with a before history of gastrointestinal obstruction, and caution should be used in diabetics.”
