Surrounded by 5 minutes after I ordered this, I knew it was the incorrect item. I was looking for the “mister” and mistook this item, so I can’t give it a honest rating. I can but comment on the fact that surrounded by 5-10 minutes after trying to cancel the order, I wasn’t told until a couple of days that the order had been placed the next day and could not be canceled. So, buyer beware when ordering. It seems that the time you cancel, even though it’s nearly immediately, and the time it’s ordered leaves no time for correspondence. The hassle to ship it back and prove why I shouldn’t pay the shipping charge took more time and energy than if I would have returned it to a store. My question: If high-speed tech can confirmation an order, how come that same high-speed tech can’t confirmation a abandonment surrounded by minutes? Even when you charge something in the store and then return it surrounded by the hour, you are not charged, or a confidence shows up immediately.

I bought this based on how the air purifier looked, which is quite cute. In actual use I couldn’t tell any difference in the air quality and still had dust perched around. It might work surpass in a smaller bedroom. Also as mentioned by another reviewer here, the blue LED is really bright! Originally I plotted to leave this permanent on carpet but the tilt switch automatically shuts it off. You’ll need a hard surface/floor in order to use it. The noise level on low is silent, on high it’s pretty loud but on par with other air purifiers.

I LOVE THIS AIR PURIFIER!! Exceptional, exceptional product!
It took me awhile to choose to get this as I read all the other reviewers on how the UV light is “too bright” or it is “too loud”. It is NEITHER of persons! Mine just arrived today and I had it on for 8 hrs. aptly now. I was able to sleep through it with the thing facing me and on “high”. Just to give you an thought how “bright” the UV LED light is. It is about as bright as your smoke detector light. And the “loud” when twisted on “high”. Turn your car’s fan on “high” or level 3. It is about that “loud” For some cars, even their car’s fan on “high” is louder than this air purifier! My AC system sounds louder than this.
I regret taking my time ordering due to persons 2 “issues” mentioned with other reviewers. But I’m glad I finally brought it to give it a shot. No problem whatsoever here and the BBQ smell that’s been lingering around my apt. for 2 days with the windows open are now all gone after having it in succession on “high” for 4 hrs!
I have it on my carpet. No tilting issue like another reviewer wrote.

I admit I bought this mostly because I like penguins. I have allergies so I got this to place in my bedroom after reading other reviews about how excellent it is for people with breathing tribulations. I was a small bowled over to see on the side of the box in small print that it’s certified for a 36 sq. ft area. Really? Who has a 6 x 6 foot bedroom??? The fan is pretty loud on the high setting, too. It’s hard to tell if it’s clearing allergens out of the air but I am HAPPY to crash that it does a fantastic job of clearing odors. I have a huge dog who sleeps on my bed with me, and he gets pretty gassy sometimes – terrible enough that the odor will wake me from a sound sleep. I have found that in succession the air purifier on medium takes the odor out of the air VERY well. No more waking up to OMG what did you EAT??? Really worth the buy price!!!

I was looking for an air purifier that would provide “colorless noise” and at the same time circulate the air in my bedroom. A fan works well in the summer but in the winter not so much. I can’t speak to the right effectiveness of this purifier since my bedroom is large and I have four dogs and a husband who share this space with me. But I can tell the air is circulating but not causing a breeze – and the noise level is perfect for blocking out other house noises. The penguin adds a touch of whimsy to the room that makes me smile. I would image this would be a fantastic purifier for a child’s room. I certainly recommend this reasonably price air purifier.
