We bought this product a couple of weeks ago. It is very silent, very efficient, and does the job. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. The reason I gave four stars was because I wish filling the water container would be simpler i.e. I wish I could just pour water from a top opening somewhere, rather than removing the entire water container. It was defective upon arrival. No mist emitted with power on but the fan worked well. I have to return this item. But, the shape is fantastic and the color is really nice to have at home.

On the advice of my piano tuner, I bought this small humidifier to place near my grand piano in NYC. It gets really cold and dry here in winter and my piano is over 100 years ancient. This really helped to keep the air immediately around the piano moist and is silent and unobtrusive perched on a wide window sill. It is EASY to clean, simple to fill and keeps going at a low to moderate pace for nearly 12 hours. Perfect for me. Perfect for my piano.

This product worked exactly as advertised and I received it when promised. The bonus is the exceptional consumer service. I called because after using the humidifier constantly for a few weeks, I noticed a colorless film on my television. The woman I spoke to spent so much time with me discussing what to do, very patient and slow. I would certainly buy from this company again because of that. Also, you can’t beat how cute the humidifier looks!

I bought in the lime green and I really like the color, design and size. It fits nicely on my nightstand and is very silent. It also steams out the water rather than spewing it out, which my cheapie Walgreens one did. No need for a towel bottom this one. You can also use regular water, some others say to use distilled and this is smaller unit so simple to refill and carry. I vastly recommend.
