I bought the Crane 2.1 Gallon COOL Mist Humidifier reading high reviews and was quite impressed with the product. A couple reviews mentioned that the unit was not functioning properly and I plotting that has to be an exception. The unit I bought malfunctioned surrounded by 1 (one month). Power would stay on but no humidification. The days that it worked, it worked fantastic but a unit going terrible so soon is not acceptable. I am persistent the unit for a refund and am not going to be buying it.

This is the initially cool mist humidifier I’ve bought, and I like it. I bought it based on the other reviews and don’t have much to add. I completely agree with all of the excellent things people are saying. One thing I really like about it, is that as soon as you place the water in and turn it on, it’s generating vapor. There isn’t a “warm up” period like on the warm mist models. I reckon it’s worth the small extra you have to pay. Very pleased consumer!

Fantastic humidifier. Not too huge. Sits on my baby’s dresser. Very silent. 4.5L of water will last me at least 5 days on buck setting. I turn it on only at night for about 12 hours. Just perfect. Do need to clean the reservoir as it will start to stain pink. Maybe about once a month. Very simple to do, just use small brush provided. I keep brush separate from reservoir to preclude it from getting residue.

We have used other humidifiers in the past and all of them have been very noisy. We bought this one in hopes of silence and it has passed with flying colors. When we initially started it, it was so silent I didn’t even know it was on and I twisted up the damp level and I plotting it was on fire there was so much fog like damp coming out of it but we learned you don’t need it up all the way to get the best consequences. I would 100% recommend this humidifier so far. If something changes I will replay.

It helped my son when he was sick and could not breath. You do need a humidistat to keep track how much damp is in the room. I did not know about this until I started to complain how cold it was in the room to my friends. It was excellent buy.
