if you get Poison Ivy. I can vouch for this product inside and out. If you know you got into poison ivy on the trail or if you start to feel that initially itch, this is THE product to use. If you can find a water fountain or even if you have some bottled water, just use the wipes to scrub and clean the area and rinse. This product does not say that it takes care of the area AFTER you have already broken out, but by accident, I found out that it zaps it away in just a day or two. A+++
