I was just dignoced with Diverticulitis and this was recommended for daily use to help regulate me. I bought the 16.9 oz at Walgreens for 16.99 and it tastes wonderful like an orange push up. I am pleased to drink this every day.

Citrucel tastes like ancient school Tang (not terrible) and it doesn’t cause excess gas. It takes a few doses to get the gears working but it doesn’t cause stomach pain (like a Ducolax). Only problem is that if your doctor recommends regular use – it ends up costing about $30 a month.
