Citrocarbonate is sold by weight, not volume. Granular size differences in the product determine pot fill level.INGREDIENTS:Each 4.1 grams (1 teaspoonful) when dissolved gives you approximately: Sodium bicarbonate, 0.78 grams; Sodium citrate anhydrous, 1.82 grams. As derived from (per teaspoonful): Sodium bicarbonate, 2.34 grams; citric acid anhydrous 1.19 grams; sodium citrate hydrous, 254 mg; calcium lactate pentahydrate, 151 mg: sodium chloride, 79 mg; monobasic sodium phosphate anhydrous, 44 mg; magnesium sulfate dried, 42 mg; Each 4.1 grams (teaspoonful) contains 30.46 mEq (700.6 mg) of sodium.DIRECTIONS:Place product in glass initially, and then add cold water to avoid spilling from effervescence.
