Purpose Antacid, Calcium Supplement Uses Works quick to relieve acid upset stomach, sour stomach, heartburn and upset stomach linked with these symptoms. Directions As An Antacid: Adults and children 12 years of age and older chew 1 to 2 tablets every 2 to 4 hours. As A Calcium Supplement: Chew 1 to 2 tablets after each meal.
