This is fantastic! I have carpal tunnel in both of my wrists, and these are just the aptly size (I have tiiiiny hands and they fit like gloves). They can be adjusted for tightness, which is super-nice.
But, I do wish they limited movement a bit more. My largest complaint but is that they have latex in them-which I’m allergic to. Its not enough to cause a terrible result, but I do need to watch how much I use them

I use it for both hands. From time to time, I slept the incorrect way and mess up my wrist. But using this have help me dealt with the problem. This is a fantastic product, would recommend for all people who have wrist pain, lack of feeling, or tingling fingers.

Worked for me. Held my wrist in place until I could see my Doctor and determine the pain problem.
