I ordered this transfer bench and it is fantastic. Just what I needed to get in and out of our tub. I don’t need any help getting in and out. It is excellent and sturdy. It is simple to clean too. I am 75 and I broke my ankle, so no weight on that foot. I’m sure will use it for awhile even after I can place some weight on it. Thr price on amazon was excellent too. NMcG

We ordered this for my 85 year ancient mom to use during her stay with us at Christmas. It arrived just in time, but had a crack in the bench. As we had no time to return it before the Holiday, we patched it up with duct tape. The bench itself works well as a shower/bath aide, but the quality control at Carex leaves something to be much loved.
Amazon replaced this at no cost after the holiday and paid for shipping to my mom’s home in Florida. Excellent consumer service.
