Over the last 15 years I tried a number of different types of neck support pillows and this is the best I found. The shape of this pad conforms to the shape of your neck and shoulders so it stays under your neck surpass while you are sleeping. I found that my neck was regularly in the incorrect position in the morning with other types of pillows which incorporate a roll. Also, I found other types of neck support pillows made it uncomfortable to sleep on your side but the two “wings” of this pad make it comfortable to sleep on your side, as well as your back.
