I like Breathe Aptly Nasal Strips, and I’ve been using them every night for years. I have hayfever and I snore, so I was certainly a candidate to use them. I didn’t reckon they would make much of a difference, but it’s like night and day. To get an thought of what they could do for you, gently grab your nostrils and pull them down and apart. Ahhhh.
The instructions say you will need to use them for a few nights to retrain yourself to breathe through your nose while sleeping. I used to regularly, if not usually, wake up with a dried-out mouth (from breathing with my mouth open), but with a nose strip on, this never happens. I also wake up feeling much more refreshed. Once you get used to sleeping with these, you feel miserable trying to sleep without one.
In fact, in the morning when you peel it off, you’ll wish you could leave it on. I sometimes *have* left them on. I’ve even forgotten and gone out in public with them on (which only just seems to draw a second glance).
If your complexion isn’t too oily, you may be able to get double duty out of a strip by using it twice. Save the small pull tabs to replace in the morning, and weight the strip to flatten it. I used to use each strip twice and only rarely had any vex with them sticking the second night. But after doing this for a long time, I got to feeling like they didn’t work as well the second night, so now I only use each strip once. Still, it’s nice to know you have that as an option if you are in succession out or just can’t afford them otherwise. Be sure to wash your nose immediately before applying the strip (and use an astringent if your complexion is oily).
If you are wondering if the small/medium is huge enough for you, it nearly surely is. I recommend these to all my friends, and even persons with the largest of noses use this size (including men). You might need the large size only if you have a very broad nose. If you have any skepticism, check the Breathe Aptly website (breatheright.com), which currently offers a free sample.
I also recommend these, the clear “sensitive skin” variety, over the regular tan ones. These look surpass (a valid significance if you don’t sleep alone or wish to wear them during the day for exercise or when you have a cold) and stick just fine. The tan version sticks a small *too* well, are painful to remove, and once took a chunk out of my nose!
As others have noted, the strips feel a small weird at initially, but you’ll quickly get used to it. As I said, I sometimes forget I even have one on. Give yourself time to adjust, and you’ll like these.
I can’t recommend this product enough. If you have allergies, tribulations with snoring, or a deviated septum, or if you wake up with a dry mouth, you need these.

At the time of this review this place forward goes for probably the best non-subscription price. Shipping is free; that’s very excellent. It’s just barely 30 cents per nasal strip. Without getting a subscription, that is surpass than the expected range of what one expects to pay. The only way to know the price is to itemize per nasal strip. It doesn’t matter how many come in a box. What counts is only the price per unit, providing the size unit is your size (large, medium and small).
If you shop for the best price aptly now and are willing to get it by subscription, you can get them for 28 cents per strip. Even so, it’s not low-cost enough over the long term if you intend to use them every night. The price simply has to come down at some point. That’s $102.20 per year for this habit at the cheapest price. And it’s just for a small strip that sticks on your nostrils and makes them flare out a small. Of course, it’s a fantastic product and it really helps one breathe during sleep. Yet it expenditure very small to manufacture per unit and you could fit a year’s supply in one pocket if you just had the units and not the boxes.
This is a fantastic product but I feel strongly that the price should be reduced out of fairness to the consumer.
