Received the ThermoScan a few weeks ago — simple transaction — quick delivery.
Like the product — bought it to take temps on our 2 month ancient — works fantastic! We have a temp reading in seconds — long before our new son has time to be bothered by the unit.
Would certainly buy again — only negative I can reckon of — for us healthy ones — the batteries may be dead the next time I need to use it.
