I really delight in the sensation, I have lower back tribulations and these seem to help, you just have to be careful where you hit. My only complaint is that my wife can’t use it on me all the time.

They pack a punch, but it’s relief you can’t get otherwise. The tools are very bendable…not like drum sticks! They bend abstractedly when in use. I like this product, and using it can be quite quite comical. It’s stress relief for the recipient and the “drummer!” Give them a try, but do not expect the impact to be gentle. I like them. I have no regrets.
