I have used this product on my 3 year ancient since she was 2, it works GREAT! Immediately brings a fever down. Over the course of a flu bug it really reduces the time they feel ill. Besides having them chew the tablet you can dissolve it in a small amount of water and get the same consequences. I use the dissolve method quite regularly, as my small one when feeling ill refuses the tablet but will drink water.
