I bought the light about 5 months ago. I used it for 2 weeks and then it broke. After using it for 2 weeks I did reckon my skin was smoother, but I got some terrible inflammation along my nose, I reckon from wearing the goggles. Anyway, once it broke I questioned them to send me a new bulb and they did, for free. In the meantime I was out of the people and powerless to use the light or see if the new bulb would work. When I came back to the states and tried the new bulb it didn’t work. So the company agreed to send me a new device. Thus my 5 stars are based on consumer service. So far I haven’t had a chance to really use it, so I can’t really judge how well it works. Unfortunately, or fortunately, my acne has cleared up since I bought it (thank you benzoyl peroxide and salon facials), but I plot to pass the device on to my sister and see if it works for her. Will update if I see consequences.

I’ve gotta tell you guys that this one is really working for me. I got this a few days ago and have started using it since then. My acne is mild to moderate but I wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible so I used the product NOT as directed, LOL.. In every session I used it for more than an hour! And sometimes even more than that when I fell asleep under it. And that was everyday! Dunno if it’s gonna do incorrect on my skin because of that prolonged exposure to the light. I hope not. But otherwise it’s working pretty well on me. My acnes have shrunk. In 24 hours I’ve also noticed some of my inflammation have be converted into pustulated, which basically means the bacteria have very well reacted to the light. Even my pores are tightening. And my skin- well, it’s pretty much the same in texture but with a small bit of change. I can say it’s abstractedly smoother. Well, we can’t see the total result of it in just a few days of using it. So Imma come back here to post any updates.

I have severe adult acne, and have bought many products with no sign of satisfaction in sight. I chose to buy this product, and have been using it for about 7 weeks.

I have been using this product for 10 days now. I have had a noticable enhancement in my acne already. I am very excited to see the closing consequences!! I will say that at initially I have found it to be a time commitment, I have moderate acne primarily on my cheek/jaw/neck. So I have had to do 2-3 sessions to get full coverage of the problem areas. If I am time crunched I will break up my session times throughout the days. What works well for me is to use it daily on a different are so I’m not laying there for as long. I have a notepad close by to track my usage. Prior to getting this product I had tried manifold creams/cleansers/diets with no avail. I was never able to leave without makeup and would avoid going out when I could. My skin was getting me down. I ordered this with the expectation of having to return it. But I will certainly not be persistent it! This product has greatly exceeded my expectations and is absolutely worth every minute I spend with it. I travel a lot for business (and pleasure), and usually go out to bars and clubs while I am in all these different cities. Normally when I party when I am at home my acne does not flare up because I can control which foods I eat, have more time to relax and recover, and have all my facial products with me. But when I’m traveling, I am normally eating more oily/fatty foods and eating out more. I also cannot bring all my facial stuff with me, so after a few days my acne really starts to bother me.
