I’ve been using Benefiber for quite some time so when I noticed this version, which adds calcium, I got really excited. Unfortunately, disparate regular Benefiber, this version leaves a terrible taste in your mouth. Indeed, it also thickens so that even if mixed into juice or milk, it tastes amusing and thick.

I was excited about the calcium part, but this one in particular, has a amusing taste. Most other are almos imposible to detect, but not Benefiber with Calcium. I guess I will go back to the calcium pills.
