One size fits most. BandIT XM features a unique, non-constrictive design consisting of two soft-fake plates curved to the shape of the forearm. The plates have soft cushioned neoprene on the insides and these rest against one’s skin. The two plates are held together by a single piece of hook & loop strap which is attached with a metal rivet. It stimulates the body’s natural healing process by increasing blood flow and oxygen, by reducing inflammation and muscle spasm and by producing a subtle warmth at the painful site. It is really nice elbow band. I honestly don’t know if the magnet did help my tennis elbow, but the band has a excellent design to fit well. I would recommend to buy it if you are a super-sweaty guy. As the band does not make me feel any uncomfortableness even I perspire profusely during game.

This seems to help my tennis elbow, but the instructions on how to wear it were lacking in detail. I finally visited my doctor who had suggested the BandIt and he tightened it and rotated it around my arm so that I was wearing it properly.
