Ayr saline nasal gel with aloe does work as promised, but if you’re looking for bang for your buck, you’re really not getting it here. .5 ounce used sparingly might get you through a week, but not a cold winter with dry heat. This is particularly so if you’re having to use the gel more than once a day to heal a particularly dry or bleeding nose.
