These are your ordinary medic shears – functional, reliable and not too pricey. For the price, they’re a fantastic tool.
If you want a pair for home (which you don’t have to worry about getting lost in the field), I’d suggest getting something much higher quality. But for field use, these are fine, and they’re what you’ll find many peers carrying.

Cutting edges and metal end are not top quality, but certainly strong and sharp enough to get the job done. OK for a low-mileage initially aid kit, but I wouldn’t recommend to a professional. We got the full size and mini, and I have the same review for each.

I bought two pair of these shears for my initially aid kits in my auto and motorbike. I couldn’t be more pleased with their heft, size and cutting ability. I bought them to cut through clothes or whatever was needed in an emergency situation and after testing them out on several practice articles, like jeans and layers of ancient rags, I am really satisfied that if the need arises, they will perform extremely well. Oh, and excellent sized fiddle with holes to enable even persons with huge hands to use them. Well plotting out and well made product. A excellent value.
