This is a very bendable supportive item for your knee and leg. Sometimes I just slide it down when I am sitting so it does not constrict my knee. It does help support weak leg muscles that way. I vastly recommend this item.

I kinda jacked up my knee a bit in Judo so I use this light brace and it really helps. I have also been using it when I run. Since it is a “light” brace, they say you can wear it all the day long, though I never would.
I just use it when I am doing my activities like Judo, in succession, and weight lifting.

For some reason, all the local stores (Walmart, CVS, etc.) have stopped carrying this item. all they have are the more expensive (terrible), black (very hot in summer in AZ), velcro fastened (excellent) braces. I was pleased to find these ancient style braces on Amazon and at a excellent price with free shipping. They are just what I needed. The only thing was that these seem to be a small tighter than the ones I have had in the past.
